The 1988 P and 1984 P are going to be easy find as far as seeing it,I use a 40X,,the 1993 D looks pretty easy to see and remember,,I do not find to many Wheats out in Bank Boxes but 8-10 will show up,,casino penny rolls turned in,can have many Wheats sometimes. The Wheats look much more trick to spot,,I guess may because the coins are more worn?

Thanks for a look at the 1993 D Lincoln coin.

Any of the post Wheat dates 1959 to now that are more likely to be found or is it just a roll of the coin a person might say?,,,,,Cosmos

It's pretty much luck finding any of these. 84's are tough to find because they are very popular, and a lot got pulled out of circulation right away back in 1984. I was convinced I had one once. Took it to the local coin shop to sell it, but they said, that's not it. I thought they were crazy, but after research and what I learned from this website, I realized it was just Machine Doubling. I have found 2 of the 2006-DDO-004 searching rolls. Neither of them are in super shape, but better than nothing. I haven't found any of the other ones listed....yet!

A lot of these seem rather minor. Am I right that the 84, 88 & 97s are the biggies?

I think you are right, numismo. Plus, in terms of value, I would probably add the 2006 to that list.

16 that are in the images above. The 1993 looks more like a die dent than a doubled ear from what I'm seeing.
