They are all proofs IMO. The prooflike Type B reverse is found on the business strike coins of these years. Like the proof coins, they'll have a gap between the e and s of STATES and the noticeably more pronounced leafs and tips above the a and r of DOLLAR. In my experience, the actual proofs still have way more of a mirrored surface than the type b's, making it pretty easy to differentiate the two.

The type b reverse was made using a discarded proof die on a business strike coin.
