NGC might go VF35 though and at NGC VF35 it would likely be valued the same as a PCGS VF30. It is a nice VF30. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff
NathanASE Pillar of the Community United States 1511 Posts	Posted 11/19/2013 9:27 pm I definitely wouldn't.. Looks like a solid 30. It couldt slide into a 35 but I don't see it having a shot at a 40 or higher. And as mentioned a NGC 35 would sell for about the same as a PCGS 30.. The obverse just isn't strong enough for it to make EF.. Report this Post to the Staff

And they definitely don't do split grading. The coin gets the grade based on the worse of the two sides. Only time they "push" it is if it's a key coin. Report this Post to the Staff
