I'll take a trainee shot at this and say ms62? Due to luster and contact marks.

Looks like ICCS MS62 to me as well. Gouges in portrait seem deep and the ones in the hair aren't obvious in the picture. What's that thing between D and O on the reverse? Quite distracting. The hairlines I see look like they could be on the holder.
