Looks like it's low MS or AU. Good starter Morgan(s) for your set.

As for the Red Book, after five years of collecting (after a 30 yr break), I can honestly say I have no idea it's purpose. Dealers don't use it. Purchasers don't use it. Plus everyone acknowledges the prices are not accurate.
