@ Susuman I had a mint state 1888 quarter a while back that looked very prooflike like yours does. Those are two truly beautiful coins.  Edited by Tbone

I can't get over some of the proofs and PL coins you guys have.
Do you buy those as investment coins or to hold forever?
My scarcer date and mm issues are investment holds while my "collection", which actually consists of all sorts of type coins believe it or not!, is my emotional attachment and one day family heirloom type of scenario.
