tell me please, why personally you are ready to pay 10 times premium on 1936 dot variety quarter and at same time are very sceptical towards to more rare ( reasonable assumption-no analogs exists) variety,

The one that you have is a die chip whereas the 1936 dot that you are comparing it to is an actual variety created on purpose. When making comparisons, you should really try to compare apples to apples, and not apples to oranges.

I'm not saying that there isn't a market for them, but its not going to be the same as a 1936 dot.

Forget about dot variety, lets look at bar variety, which is definitely die chip..

You can disagree all that you like but the facts are that you were comparing two completely different things. Your disgusted emoticon was in poor taste, and if you can't take opinions that differ from your own, then you probably shouldn't ask for opinions.
Now your more recent comparison (bar variety) is more realistic, and in regards to that I wouldn't pay for one unless I got a great deal and was intending to flip it.

PS the bar variety is a die crack, not a chip.

The bar variety for quarters appears in many years, from 1872 up 'til 1936. Only the '36 has gained any attention, for other years it's just a die crack with very little or no premium. Your die chip variety will probably attract as much attention and premium as the non-'36 bar coins.
