Great idea exoguy. Ill call the probation dept. I'm sure ill need to file another report with the police though. I intend to at 10am this morning

Part of his sentence was to return all property. If he in fact took and withheld additional items, he is in violation of the terms of court order, right?

IMHO, I'd contact probation first, DA second and police as a last resort.

people such as attorneys and such may question why you did not contact the police whether they do anything or not. but it is still on record. then you go from there. I am sorry to here that happened to you!
