Or, the shipper of the Proof Morgan sent it by a less secure service than Registered, which is what I would have arranged for with the seller, or no deal. An insured 1st class parcel with a high priced PVI (Postage Value Indicator) is an open invitation for a dishonest Postal employee to target. It happens quite frequently, especially with regard to casual temps. that work for the Postal Service. Also, if the seller of the Proof Morgan insured your coin properly, then they have no reason to accuse you of a scam. Report this Post to the Staff

When I ship coins of substantial value, not only are they signing for it, but I also know when it arrives with tracking/insurance.
