AU-50 or higher depending on amount of luster.

at least AU 58, perhaps MS60
I have a few looking similar and are graded higher MS
I think Nickels Guy is on the right track in a conservative way and SPP is not saying because he knows.

I'll start a new posting with mine to compare with..

While looking at the band and mustache on mine for comparison here,...

I might have been luckier and received a 24 with a stronger strike than usual judging by what Roger and others are saying here..

Mine was ICCS graded back in the 90's..and still in it's 2 sheets of plastic for my pics..
