Actually, the your coins lighting would be very similar that TPG'ers use to grade coins. It brings out almost all the coin's flaws. If you take a 1976 Ike out of a Mint Set and take the same picture, you'll see a big difference between the two. My suggestion would be to take pictures of all your coins using that same setup as the one you posted. Then submit the your best coins to be graded. Otherwise, I think you'll be throwing away your money on low graded coins.
Lastly, coins like the one you posted are great for for putting together an album, like the Eisenhower Dansco album. It protects the coin and allows you to show them off to your friends and family.
If you think the coin will grade MS66-67 then it might be worth it. Otherwise don't bother...and I agree that is a neck crease minted on the coin not a scratch...
