Although the first amendment is alive and well, it can still be challenged at a very high price !!

The standard of anything is a flexable notion,

I have not found the market place to have changed in anyway whatsoever in the grade determination of an Indian Head cent with no letters of liberty being readable!! stu I hope you can remember which publication you read that in ?

But for the sake of discussion? if this is true that some cents with no letters of liberty being readable can now be graded as fine, what do you think the market consequences will be?

Personally I think it will really only affect the keys in any significant manner, so the mad rush to resubmit IMHO will be limited to these coins.

Rick

I won't pretend to understand it all but it is in CoinWorld (Aug 22 page 3). It appears to be a few former employees and contractors. It also references sa couple of websites and one of the recent candidates for govenor. That is about all I have seen.

I was only being semi-serious with my original comment as I don't think the ANA is going to go after anyone for comments here. But, when an organization starts going through the legal system, I think it is wise to take it at least a little serious in relations to comments made about them. Especially when the lawsuit is about conspiracy, interference, emotional distress, the internet, etc. Some collectors have been down that road before and it is expensive (and probably makes you more gun shy than the average Joe).

It might have been in the forward of the book that someone referenced on another forum but I am not sure. I have searched the likely forums but have come up dry.
