I wondered that about the 1941 myself, but to me it's simply an oddity. Unlike the other clips, if you notice the rim on the obverse at 11:00, the a layer from the cut rim appears to fold over a bit of the legend. I've not seen one like it before. I have no idea how that was created.

Pick this one up earlier this month in Zonad's backyard... (Edmonton). Specimen strike. Shame about the small corrosion spot on the obverse, but still might go to PCGS, for the error showcase set.

@VancouverIslandCoinKid Sweet collection! Are they all purchases or have you found any of them yourself?

I can't let Zonad have all the fun.... Triple clipped nickel dollar Gem strike, and clip Nice double clip Straight clip ....and finally, a matching set. A triple clipped constitution dollar, and a blank planchet, with matching triple clips.

Yes, great collections all! But I have to admit, Zonad's are by-far the sexiest errors.

Nice. I don't recall ever seeing a tri-clipped-a before. And before you ask: yes, I also invent words in my spare time.
