Saw a couple of things in a coin machine today and looked at them when I got home (I need reading glasses) and they were an 1876 5-Pfennig coin along with a 1952 1-pice coin from India. That might be the oldest coin I own!

I don't find many coins from the '60s in change. These are from the last month or so.

Pretty cool, GLB49. Would be better if they were 90% silver.

I have a few of those that were in change many years ago.

Thank you, jbuck. Some of these may have come from the burger place I worked at in high school. I would set aside coins for my mom's collection.

Today I received the following S minted quarters in laundry money.

Are they proofs?

They both have mirrored fields but not as mirrored as proofs.

I am thinking they may have been in circulation for a little bit.

First two are of Great Sand Dunes and the last two are Denali
