I take it that in USA the mint wraps in paper, in Canada the mint wraps are shrinkwrap plastic. If you open them you have lost the premium that the tag "mint wrapped" holds but you get to inspect the coins. I also don't mind buying tube rolls if I can see the condition of the coins before I purchase.
