This is a Constantius II pre reform Siliqua. Is turns out Constantius II reduced the Siliqua in the 350s because the Empore was losing money on the production of them. Also the Empire was going through a financial crisis.

Constantius II (337-361). AR Siliqua (20mm, 3.18g, 6h). Constantinople, 351-355. Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust r. R/ VOTIS/XXX/MVLTIS/XXXX in four lines within wreath; C•Theta;. RIC VIII 102; RSC 342-3j. VF - Good VF
