Also, I like the part about refunds. If you mail in your payment to him and want a refund, the refund is by paypal only. Again..

If you mail in your payment to him and want a refund, the refund is by paypal only.

This is so he doesn't have to buy a stamp and envelope. And so that you lose money by getting the refund

Why limit oneself to 2 or 3 words when 2 or 3 hundred will get the point across just as nicely?

I might even watch his auctions. That guy has to scare away a lot of bidders. He might have a coin that I feel is worth the headache, and can be had at a real bargain.
