What,Noric67 you ready for bed time. You sound sleepy at this point. Just saying. I am glad you told him to have it graded.

I have problems getting to sleep and it is very annoying, right now I actually am pretty tired. On top of that our neighbors were gone and there delinquent son left the dog out barking all night and it was cold and wet.

Lol. I love the chemistry between you two Normic67 and Silverworld11. Haha.
I would look at the PCGS and NGC website to see which one is best for you.

On a serious note tho-are u guys convinced this is double struck? Do u think the clashes line up right?

Definitely a double struck. A clash would have no where near as much detail as this does.

It looks like a flip over double strike in collar. Nice error coin.

I checked out that link and was just gonna say-if it's double struck it must have flipped over from what I'm seeing from that link Dave and u confirmed it's flipped that is awesome! I just though it odd how the reverse looked like the last strike on both sides to me but that's impossible, just what I was seeing but obviously it's not-gotta get that graded

I would find it odd that a dealer tells you it's not rare then offers $100 for a 1 cent coin. People like that give coin dealers a bad rap.

What bothers me is that in the first picture the second strike is perfectly aligned with the first strike so if the coin flipped it would have done so exactly on its north/south axis with no rotation. This in and of itself is very unlikely. In addition the second picture shows clear rotation on the second strike. The strikes don't line up. This doesn't make sense. My opinion is a very good vise job. I'd have taken the $100.

Not a genuine error. Both faces have a mixture of raised and incuse accessory design elements. Furthermore, both faces show subtle warping. It's clear to me that a normal cent was struck a second time by crudely-fashioned counterfeit dies that carried both raised and incuse design elements.

Thanks mike, I was just going to say that the Lincoln portrait in the first picture was not raised as it should be. The second picture shows both elements raised as it should be but the first picture shows it was struck from something that had a raised design like another cent.
