A couple of hiccups, then the order went through. Got 2. Got email confirmation.

Received my order confirmation...after four tries. ...and email confirmation. Quote:

Took me two tries, but got my two sets ordered.
Experienced 30-45 second delays on page loads and one "page not found" when I clicked the button to finalize my order the first time.
Looks like the new web site is struggling to keep up, though it is performing. I'd say that's probably acceptable to Mint management considering that this kind of demand is only expected once or twice a year.

I had to log out and place my order as a guest in order for it to go through. What the crap, Mint? I thought being signed in was supposed to make things easier.

I thought I got my order to go through as it went to a page that had an order number but I didn't bother to print it out. Now when I check account history it doesn't show the order and I didn't get a confirmation email.  Can anyone who successfully placed an order confirm that the order shows in their account history so I need to know if I have to place another order. |

Had to try about 10 times ... I would get error page on
"Confirm order"
I hope it only went through once ... I might end up with 20 ordered.
It is not showing in my order status ... But did write down my order number

I got page not found when confirming about seven times. When I went to pick up the phone to call our IT manager (thinking the problem might be because an antivirus scan started at noon), my order finally went through. So, I got my five among some other thins.

Thanks SaintRidley!  I logged out and was able to get an order through as a guest as well. Sucks to have to do it that way but whatever it takes I guess.... |
