I want to thank all of you who replied. It seems most of you like the 90% Junk Silver better. We have listed much more 90% Silver coins and we will continue to add to our listing both on our website and on ebay. FYI we really don't have the time to sort thousands of coins for stuff like key dates or Varieties. I hope you can find some and leave feedback saying such. Thanks again

I much prefer "junk" - far more interesting, decent chance to find better dates etc
The only real downsides I see are:
A. Higher premiums the past few years. To offset this, I have bought a little .999 at LCS's and lots of sterling silver items cheaply at garage sales, thus lowering overall costs
B. Not readily usable for industry, like .999. Could be a problem if industrial demand gets so intense that it exceeds stackers' demand for 90%, in which case refining costs would hurt some. In that scenario silver prices would be rising sharply, so owning 90% would be still be a good thing, though not as good as owning .999.
