This is one of the most divisive coins I've posted here.

PCGS was in with the VF-20 voters:

1806-Draped-Bust-Half-Dollar,-Vs.-PCGS-Grade-Added

Seller had it as an O-115, I can neither confirm nor deny, will have to look it up once I get the coin here.

That's a very nice 20. I owned the exact same coin in PCGS/CAC VF35 that only had touch more detail than yours. I'd call yours a 25 all day long, it has the normal hints of strike weakness at the centers of nearly all of this series.
