Wow! Just love that!!!!! Could I make a suggestion?
Could you put..... maybe a symbol of a coin in there....like For ex. Lincolns face or an indian head.

they are all great ideas but soome of them need a lil fine tunning. like the kid said an indian head or lincons head would be cool or the walking liberty would go into place real well. which leads me to my questions is this where we vote or do we send an email? and when is this one over so we can see the results.

Some mighty fine ideas yall are cookin up here. IMHO I would put maybe 4 different designs from coins on the front one on top bottom left right. All from different countries like have a walking liberty, a Kangaroo a knight on horse and a dragon just an example but you get the idea. That would truly show the coin community spirit as it would have a mixture of countries all on one coin to show how United the community really is.

We are an international forum so having one particular coin on the pin may not work.
We need some sort of international symbol that would reflect coins of the world.
The kangaroo sounds good to me but again not international.
Any thoughts?

Well I have been working on this one but with the talk of it need s to be a world coin I figured I better let you all see it before I kept working on it and see what you all thought. I dont see any need in putting more time in it if its nothing like what we are looking for, so here it is....hope you like it. I was going to work on the lettering a little bit more but will wait and see what everyone thinks before I do anything else

Hi Brian Looks like good work to me !! The Morgan dollar is defintely a darkside coin to those in Australia,Turkey,India,Kuwait well you get what I'm saying!! The pin design can be entered on any coin you wish to use, and it will be a world coin to someone !! Rick

I had thrown together some basic ones a while ago, along with some other cool stuff.... http://www.cafepress.com/coin_communityPins are at the bottom. If we get together some other designs, I can submit them all to them.

Georgiestar, try using a different image host, yours is the first one I've seen with a bandwidth that can be exceeded :) Bryan, the work is very catchy there, I liked it. Don't you think you are missing a star

I think you should remember to put up either a [URL] tab or [img]

Nothing wrong with the coding Kid, just the server refuses to show the picture claiming too many have already seen it:LOL

Renal funny you should ask, I actually moved a star from the bottom down there where "Forum" is at and moved it beside the "Y" so its not actually missing a star, one has been relocated but on the morgan there are 7 stars on the left and only 6 stars on the right. the Top star on the right side is the one I relocated.

That's what I mean, I've read that on US coins, number 13 is underlined for each founder state. Your Morgan-pin has 12, any intended symbolism in that?
