If it gets an MS, maybe a 62. Seems to have good color and luster to it for eye appeal. Have you examined the mint mark up close for and RPM? 1938 D has a few. So nnc ms67 would probably go ms63-64 at a legit TPG .. I still buy nnc graded coins when I run onto one I like , I just make sure that what I pay is closer to what I assume the actual grade is rather than what it's labeled as ...
