Made a few purchases today:
138 BU common date Peace dollars @$52 each or 52x face value.
12 BU 1921 Morgan dollars @$52 each or 52x face value.
32 BU common date pre-1921 Morgan dollars @$57 each or 57x face value.

Silver is at $67.32/oz today and the melt value of junk/cull Morgan and Peace dollars is $52.02. Premiums are $0 for better condition common silver dollars and may be negative for those who want to squeeze their dealers. I chose to maintain a good relationship with mine.

I walked into my LCS yesterday a.m., and they were paying 35x face. They had folks lined up.

Given that the prior poster gave the price the shop was paying to sellers to buy their silver and not the price at which the shop was selling silver to buyers, I think it is safe to assume that it was a number of sellers that were lined up to sell their silver at 35x face.
