Though I am surprised that people (most people) cannot tell by my writing style that I am a female. I also believe that my profile says it as well. Back to loupes, there are really cheap ones available. Basically, you get what you pay for. The two I would recommend are the Belomo 10x Triplet Loupe and the Hastings 10X Triplet Loupe made by Bausch & Lomb. Triplet loups have three lens bonded together for a super clear distortion free image. I found both for about $36 at Amazon. Perhaps you can find them a bit cheaper if you shop around.
