I have a 1926 like your 24 . ICCS called it 64 trace red.
I bought this 1926 at the Nuphilex TCNC spring auction last year. It was graded ICCS MS-62 Red (yeah Red!)... I examined the coin in hand and got it very cheap (probably because Hugh Powell was not there!)...
It is now in a PCGS MS-64B holder. ICCS has a very strong negative bias with bronze coins. It is very, very rare to see ICCS Red-Brown, Trace-Red, Lustrous Brown or Brown coin in a holder graded higher than MS-63. I once sent a toned 1974 Specimen cent to ICCS, the coin was absolutely perfect, but toned blue. It came back SP-63 Brown...
