Oh, so now we have a big burst of Colorado confidence do we? I am on a winning spree (yeah right) so luck is with me this time!!! Maybe Santa will bring something to fill that huge gapping hole you have made on your mantle?

Better? Better you say? I am crushed for sure! Now I must win to save face and to add some more Aussie coins to my collection!!! Actually I am thrilled to see this all coming together, new members, great offerings, great contests, great old and new friends, and outstanding posts right here in this big family we have formed.

We are going to my sister's this afternoon and I'm hoping to get Thomas away from his Christmas presents long enough to have him draw the winner when we get back. I'll be posting the results this evening! Remember, anticipation is half the fun!!!

It is Christmas afternoon here in Colorado. I am curently looking at all my new Kookaburras from Santa, and a nice red case to store them in. Thanks to the case, I still have ample space on the mantle, so will be waiting to hear the good news regarding the drawing, and know that the empty mantle space will soon be filled.
Actually, I will be happy for whoever wins. Seriously, I never win. I take that back. I did win that Israel coin a few days back. But, in 62, almost 63, years, that's all I have won.
May not be lucky in drawings and the lottery, but am lucky so many other ways.
So, good luck to all. And, I'm happy for whoever wins.

First of all, I'd like to thank all of you (again) for bringing us to our goal of 500 members by Christmas. You are all so great and I feel very fortunate to call you my friends (extended family, actually). I would like to thank Lim for running this giveaway and both him and Mike for their generous donations. You both have such giving natures and we are very lucky to have you both in our community. The drawing was done by my son, Thomas, and you can click on the link below to see the video of the drawing. Please forgive the text on the screen as we did not have a conversion program and we didn't want to spend $30 to purchase it for only one use. Also, please forgive the fact that I forgot to cover my hair-depleted head for the video - so what you see is what you get! ADOBERO1 IS THE WINNER!!!
