Yup... point of view is everything!

It is a Dansco album, so it says " Statehood Quarters" on it (at least mine does). Territories are not States, so that particular album is complete. Now, if/when Dansco makes a "Statehood and Territorial" album, and morganman chooses to move this collection to it, then it would not be complete! If it were me, I'd leave it be; but that is just MHO!
