Pepactonius, thanks for sharing your gold. Thanks Moe and jbuck for the Buffalos (ask and thy shalt be provided). GR, your Barbers are always great to see.

I also like seeing gold .. when ever I get the chance.

And Buffalo's as nice as those two posted are always nice to see..
I was looking at my 14S and 15S .. no way are they good
enough to take pictures of.

NoMoPoCo ... I was thinking are Barbers are very similar.

Looking back from the beginning of this post .. WOW ..
a lot of very nice coins posted.

I started picking them up about a year ago ..
I wish I had started 20 years ago .. that way I might have
some better quality coins.

Whew! Although I personally admire classic designs, I think the Pan-Pac commemoratives are some of the most beautiful US coins, ranking right up with the designs of St. Gaudens.

Love the dolphins on the gold dollar, and I understand the half dollar design came from both Barber and Morgan!

I'm still thinking Standing Liberty quarters as the next "Days of..." thread.

Any objections?

We have done it three times, but it was last done two years ago...

According to my spreadsheet, Classic Copper is in more need of some love.

However, I would not mind seeing "The 100 Days of 19th Century US coins PLUS 64 Days of 20th Century" make its third appearance.

Your call, boss.
