Still not what most would call a "Low" Serial number, but it's now my lowest.

The 1999 $10 Richmond replacement notes, run #1 and run #2 , have never showed up in circulation. The general consensus is that they were misreported and do not exist. I've only seen one 1999 $10 Richmond star, and it's from run #3. Not my note.

First time post here. I bought these from a gas station attendant who pulled the from the time lock safe and he started crinkling them up so they wouldn't stick together. I happened to catch a glimpse of the green stars and asked him to please stop doing that and if I could buy so the "green star" ones he had. He was more than happy to do that. Bought the 5 notes for $5.00 and a monster energy drink. This was 3 years ago. As you can tell I'm a little slow on reaching out about them. No plans to sell them, they are way cool and got me looking at every note I get my hands on. I feel these are the best of what I have. Please feel free to state opinions. Thanks in advance and if this post goes good, who knows I may do another in a couple years. J/k

`Sorry never noticed this very cool post. I did notice a star $100 bill, yesterday. This one came up as, extremely not rare and uncool. 32,000,000. Still hope for my others that are put away. I do have every denomination up to $100,and extras.

Well forget me not trolling post. None of my notes were basically, not at, the, completely not rare, extreme. I will hold out for the "coolness" thread.
