and, per a previous thread, note the conspicuously heavy inking on threes in the third position of both serial numbers, a pattern for 2013 notes!

If instead of 7 on the end was 6, was a loop ladder? 0 to 7 read in a loop like

I googled "Loop Ladder" and it provided me this image.  I'd actually value the note more if the 7 was a 0. That way there it's at least a proper partial ladder.
