I got my Coin and Currency set today in the mail - super! I don't have anything quite like it in my collection, so it is a nice addition to the proof and mint sets. Nice to add a bill in there to keep everything honest!

Thanks for the contest!

Thank you all very much--you made my day!

And yes Devin, you got me good! Although I have to say I am somewhat accustomed to being 'got good' since my 16-year-old daughter has a lightning fast and quite wicked wit. She keeps me humble.

Received the 1946-s PCGS MS65RD LWC! I feel like a legitimate collector now that I have a slabbed coin.
I may have to check but I'm pretty sure it is the only full red LWC I have now. I just happened to have a blue PCGS slab box to put in!

Although, it looks pretty lonely in there...

dd27, Thank you so much for the contest and the wonderful prizes!

You are most welcome flag4! And thank you for your kind words - much appreciated.

This was even more fun than I thought it would be.

A few biography notes on my paternal grandfather:

George Washington Worthen, Jr. was the oldest of 9 children.

When he was born Utah was a Territory--it didn't become a State until 1896.

He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1912 with a B.A. Degree in Education and Philosophy.

He graduated from Boalt Hall (University of California, Berkeley, School of Law) in 1916, with a J.D. degree.

He was an attorney and district judge in Provo Utah, and an Associate Justice of the Utah Supreme Court.

He and his wife had four children, with 13 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.

~~~
Thanks y'all for a great contest!
- Mark
