Yah, these are crazy notes! That note is probably still not worth much at all.

IIRC the 50 trillion is actually scarcer than the 100 trillion, because the latter became famous and was saved a lot.

Probably worth about US$ 5-10 in collector value (but pretty much nothing in face value obviously).

Scarcer, perhaps, but the $100T still commands a higher price tag on ebay.

I hadn't looked in a while but just did - prices seem to be coming down on those hyperinflation $Z notes.

The hardest one to find in that set in UNC condition is the 2008 $10,000.

Here is an example of the highest denomination German note I have. It is a specimen(Muster) 20 Billionen Marks equivalent to 20 Trillion Marks.
