IIRC the 50 trillion is actually scarcer than the 100 trillion, because the latter became famous and was saved a lot. Probably worth about US$ 5-10 in collector value (but pretty much nothing in face value obviously).

Scarcer, perhaps, but the $100T still commands a higher price tag on ebay. I hadn't looked in a while but just did - prices seem to be coming down on those hyperinflation $Z notes. The hardest one to find in that set in UNC condition is the 2008 $10,000.

Here is an example of the highest denomination German note I have. It is a specimen(Muster) 20 Billionen Marks equivalent to 20 Trillion Marks.
