Ok My 2nd guess for the day is

Lets narrow down the year , 2010 to 2015 . You guys are killing me .

Let's do the math.
12 months in a year and the name of the month has seven letters. 4 of the 12 month's names have 7 letters, so 12 divided by 4 is 3, add the 7 for the number of letters, that gives us 10. Those 4 months have a total of 121 days in them. 121 divided by 10, rounded to the nearest whole number gives us 12. So the month would have to be the 12th month which is December.
There are 365 days in a year and we have a year range of 2010 - 2015, which is 5 years. If we take 5 times the 365 days we get 1825. If we only count the number of days in the known month, we have 31 days. So we take 1825 divided by 31 rounded to the nearest whole number would give us 59, now we take 59 divided by the 5 from the number of years we have to choose from, round that to the nearest whole number and we get 12 again. So the day of the month has to be 12 also.
To get the year, we will need to take the 4 months which have 7 letters in them, times the 7 from the number of letters which will give us 28. Now we take the 28 and divide that by the total number of months in a whole year, rounded off to the nearest whole number again, and we get 2. So the child must be 2 years old now. If we take this year, which is 2017 and subtract the 2 years from it, we get 2015, which has to be the birth year.
I will need to recheck my math to be sure, there may be a leap year in there that would throw everything off, but I should have an answer by tomorrow. I have already used up my 2 guesses for today anyway.
