$4 more to the cause today :) The valet was pretty excited to see the $2 bills. $1160 left to spend.

Quote: Always fun spending them at different places. Someone has got to do it! I need to get out more and to some different places. I have not done much traveling the last ~30 months.

You ought to do some business with me. The tooth fairy at our house could stand to have a few Jeffersons on hand - seeing as our 5yo just lost his first tooth.

Well done. Last night I had a dream I gave (or lent) someone $9 with only two dollar bills. I could not understand how I managed that. This apparent paradox is what woke me up.

This is Farm_Flavor back again, the Farmer who circulates two dollar bills at farmers markets here in the greater SF Bay Area. I lost access to one of my email servers back at the end of August 2019 and did not want to create a new login. Well, I looked and saw this thread is still going and broke down and created Farm_Flavor1 to continue with this activity....
As readers who followed this for a long time saw, I circulate two dollar bills and half dollars mostly giving change to customers. The customers enjoy both including new customers who almost always love them. I have continued to give out these coins and $2 bills as change, capping the $2 bills by what I take rather than demand.... The COVID shutdowns ultimately improved our farmers market sales a bit while killing our restaurant business that has still not fully recovered.
Since my last post I have handed out a bit over $58,000 in Two Dollar bills. All have been in small numbers at a time, no full boxes or rolls to pay for a purchase. I would like to officially declare this challenge completed. I will continue forward handing both out.

Well, I'm a little late to the game. Last week I received a $2 bill in change for the first time in a long while, then spent it at the local dollar store to keep it moving... $1,146 to go
