After a neg and a bunch of neutrals, he took down the listing. I guess the $3.50 profit he was making on selling SBAs for $4.50 wasn't worth the reputational hit.

I don't think he took them down -- I think he actually sold out! Initially, I noticed the listing was timed to end yesterday afternoon, but I checked after the seller messaged me back, and it seems he sold out yesterday morning. The sad thing is, he's not even making $3.50 in profit. He's either making $2.42 (shipped via first class mail) or half a cent (shipped via first class parcel with tracking) selling loosies. It's the buyers of multiple units that allow sellers to save on shipping costs.

Seller is claiming the listing "was altered by ebay" and that's what caused all the confusion. Huh? If ebay has a problem with a listing they will pull it. They will not change it for the Seller. Bottom line.....she has destroyed her feedback by creating a deceptive listing.

The seller has a new listing for her coin and it's pretty crazy. http://www.ebay.com/itm/US-Morgan-D...AOSwuxFY3F0hQuote:Morgan dollar. Year not specified. Quantity 1. Real USA coin dollar, not a replica. Note you are not buying a coin here from a coin dealer, this is a personal item. I apologize for the horrible feedback I was given by old angry men who were buying rare coins only to forward those coins on to another for a higher value. They are very upset about the error that ebay made in my listing. This listing is ACCURATE. I hope that all of them continue to provide their very annoying feedback because it shows how one error can deem people with no patients a FIT OF RAGE. I am listing this coin for sell as a token.

Seller is currently writing a book entitled "How to Destroy Your ebay Feedback With One Easy Listing". It should be available on ebay soon!
