what is the TPG grade?

Sorry, don't like it. Problems both sides. Common date, easily available problem-free in MS.

Before the verdict is in ... I didn't see Liberty had that spot by the ear.
I have to take my guess down to MS64 RB

Looks a heck of a lot better in that last photo! The other photos were not doing it justice.

I agree with the technical grade of 64, but this coin does not merit a RD designation imho based on the pictures provided. Full red cents carry a significant premium, and I doubt that this coin would be able to realize it. It is RB at best and the oxidation spot in the neck makes it less than average in terms of eye appeal. I would also be concerned that the coin is unstable and turning brown as the coin was once considered full red by a professional grader.

Agree, well said. Complete disconnect between the photos and the slab. Not sure what the OP was trying to accomplish here.
