AU53 details, cleaned - most likely extremely overdipped which stripped all of the luster. The extreme roughness of the face and fields suggest possible mechanical cleaning as well.

Can I just ask what it means when you say details and cleaned? Also does that affect the value?

Cleaned means that someone has used a chemical or mechanical method to alter the coin's surfaces - silver/copper polish, "dip", jewelry cleaner, emery/cloth/scotch-brite pads, fine steel wool, those are just a few of the methods.
Cleaning a coin in most, but not all, cases substantially reduces its value.
A details coin is named because something about the coin prevents it from getting a full grade. Cleaning, damage, holes, scratches/graffiti, bends, gouges, corrosion, and many other things can affect the surfaces of a coin - when this happens a third-party grading company will assign a DETAILS grade, qualifying the nature of the injury to the coin. Again, in most, but not all, cases, a details grade reduces the value of a coin.

I'm not so sure this one has been cleaned. You will get varying opinions because we are trying to judge based off of a photo. Judging a coin is much easier done in-hand. But it's definitely an AU coin. Do you see the rub on the wreath?

I agree with MikeF, does not look cleaned to me. Looks like this may have been kept for many years in a leather coin purse or envelope containing a high amount of sulfur in the paper. AU-55
