I would have serious questions about this coin. There are a lot of extra blobs of metal on the coin that should not be there. For example, a big one on the 'I' in 'UNITED' and another big one at the base of the left stem. These do not show up on any of the PCGS imaged coins. I also note that the coin immediately around the blobs seems worn. Such a blob would protect the detail under it. There are also blobs on the obverse under the ear at the back of the jaw line. This looks lone a coin produced off a worn example.
Regardless of anything else, if this is a real coin, what are the blobs and how is it that they are there?
I would stay unless it is already authenticated.

These fakes are getting so good, and I have my doubts, especially with the bubbles.
The thing is, counterfeiters are actually competent now, and they make die-struck counterfeits. In addition, they like to artificially wear down, beat up, and corrode fakes to pass as genuine coins, in addition to subjecting fakes to fire to give them an aged appearance. They are getting so good that they are even slipping past the TPGs (remember, TPGs are good but not perfect!) and EAC is working with them to unmask the fakes.

I don't pretend to know much but I have a lot of experience with old copper. I'm going with the Dave700x observation about the raised areas of the coin. I would not buy it - perhaps a really good fake.

I don't like the dots at the top of the R. I would pass on it.

if I had to make a call from the picture i'd have to say not genuine.color is nice but not original looking.raised dots and little ring a of raised blob below left stem by ribbon are telltale.poor letter definition to one cent within the wreath same with the lower hair curls and some of the leaves just doesn't have a struck and then worn look to me

I think this coin is a fake. The first thing I always look for is the little blobs of raised metal. Lo and behold there are many of these blobs present. The circular blob to the left of the leaf stem really stands out. The other thing that bothers me about this coin is that the wear does not appear consistent throughout the design elements, especially in regard to the lettering. I'd stay away from this one.
