Well it's nice to see a different set of coins and thanks for participating.
NumisEd Sweet story of the Andria Doria, serving to protect Philadelphia against the British scum is an epic end to a beautiful ship. 4 points
ttkoo Four points only but I'm giving an extra 5 because it deserves to be seen. Nice. 9 points
Triggersmob Another artfully done coin, scary for the person being run at with a bayonet at the ready to impale British scum. 7 points
October Revolution got you 12 points, trying to translate the Cyrillic was difficult on the reverse but great example.
Hondo Boguss Got goosebumps with yours, and it came in at 12 points because it has Liberty on the reverse along with hands up.
Hondo won because I am pro Liberty and down with slavery, Stalin and the English!!!

Welp, it that case I suppose I'll be hosting, although I didn't mean to compete. But I do have another HT-81. It was a tough call on which one to sell, and I kept this slabbed one. HT-81: 1Am I Not a Woman and a Sister 1838. NGC AU53 BN.   If no one else volunteers to host, I'll reach into a bag of modern international circulating commemoratives and pull one out at random. Tomorrow morning a challenge will be devised. Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Sorry for the delay, everyone. But once again severe weather disrupted my plans - at least it was only tornado warnings this time. But oh, the dreadful wind and rain! Power did go out for much of the day but everything seems ok now. A few coins arrived in the mail today, and I picked this one for the contest. Fellow anglers, in this episode of Go Fish, I would like to see a coin which may have pronounced doubling. The points to consider. Genuine doubled die = 10 points Machine Doubling = 3 points Doubled on obverse side = 2 points Doubled on reverse side = 2 points Doubled on both sides = 2 bonus points Degree of doubled offset. Now this will be subjective, as you must make an estimate of how severe the doubling is. My example is a 1981 50 Para from Yugoslavia and I classed it as "ludicrous". Your estimate will be chosen from the ranges below. Ludicrous (or even more ludicrouser!).. is that a word? = 10 points Severe = 5 points Bad = 3 points Not so bad = 2 points Not worth mentioning = 1 point Ok start looking, it is open for 72 hours  The Ox moves slowly, but the Earth is patient.
