"Darn! Missed it by that much!" - Maxwell Smart I mean I made it I've been sick this week and totally lost track of time. I was sacked out on the couch when my cleaning lady came in. That's how I figured out it was Friday. Looked at the calendar and found it was also December. If you have an odd number, I'd love to participate. At the same time I understand we have deadlines for a reason.

Ditto for me. I thought the cutoff was dec 5th and I wasn't sure if I was going to be home in December but it looks like I will be. If you can fit me in great. If not let me know if someone doesn't get a present. PM sent.

I have an idea [DANGER!!]: Can a Bobby, or a moderator or somebody give the name and mailing address of one of our Young Numismatists for a unilateral gifting, i.e., MikeF and I and any other dazed and confused souls will sent the kids something without getting anything in return? I'd suggest a cut-off of under 16 (or somebody else can make a silent determination).

Because this is a family forum We do not collect data on age and we certainly could not send information out to ANYONE who request information on Children.
If Bobby reads this and he know of particular individuals, he may have you send something to him and then he could forward it. I would be willing to send Bobby the money to forward the packages.
As a note to ALL who read this Please do not request information on Youth or members of a different gender as we cannot send this to you.
This is why the Holiday exchange is done by one person and you only get the random name and information of a specific forum member.
We value your personal information and privacy.
Please do not be offended by this reply We appreciate the offer and the thought.
We will await comments from Bobby.

I'm another one of the late enrollers! I've been offline for the past couple of weeks and missed the announcement, but would love to participate if there is room for me. I've done it every year for the past several years, and it's been a blast every time!
Looks like I made it

ProfLiz... I was your secret Santa last year... if you don't make it on the list, I will make sure another surprise arrives in your mailbox...

rggoodie: Yeah, after I posted I started thinking of the problems with the plan and you've spelled it out perfectly. I guess it's best to wait for now and maybe have a YN giveaway week sometime in the future after we clear the legalities.

Santa has begun sending out assignments
Santa does not check previous years lists. If you got the same person again "Good on ya"
If you have not received your email yet - I have not finished the list All the assignments will be out by midnight EST Sunday 12/3
for each person I have to locate you in the forum list write an individual email and include in a format you can read the information about the person you are assigned to.
Some have only given me initials and a name others a full name- I can only send you what I have
The format you will receive looks like this
You have been assigned Member User Name Member Name Street Address City State and "Zip /postal code Country if it is out of the US
Happy gifting Santa

Note US law requires a return address on packages, but there is nothing stopping you from writing Forum Member your address Your City State Zip
Thee is no rule on the forum that says you have to identify who the sender is Use a relatives return address if you like Or Fill in the information and perhaps you will get a thank you note on the forum.
