Ebay Fraud... Need Help From Someone In The Philippines

Good deal that ebay shows an interest. Once the wayward buyer is aware that he is being watched he will most likely pull the listings and start playing stupid. Don't tip him off by contacting him. It's ebay's problem to deal with.

When I went through a similiar situation I was able to identify and contact other victims. Once I had id's, item numbers, dates and times ebay was very receptive to shutting down the scammer. I just felt that ebay was not interested until it was proven that the buyer had victimized others with the same scam. (Strength in numbers!)

Hopefully, all of those that have been victimized can band together and stay hot on ebay's tail to see this through resolution. Persistence will pay off. It just may take a while.
