Thank you, NumisRob! I really messed up on that '65 5 Francs. There was an online auction with several 5 Francs from the 1870's and then that one. I bid on all of the 1870s ones and then accidentally entered the same bid amount for the 1965. Someone pushed my bid way up and I won it.
