OK thx @vic, that sounds to me like we have a tight enough date range to drop back to the decade of the 130s.
@para, yep I agree that your Vologases IV Tet is out of scope for this thread, at least from a progress statndpoint.

Welcome to the 120s! Here is a Dupondius from Sabina that dates to between 128 and 136 AD. Not much remaining detail especially on the rev, but the obv legend is something like [SABINA] AVGVSTA HAD[RIANI AVG PP].

Good one @vic! Here is a Drachm from the Ksahtrap Dynasty that dates from 119 to 124 AD. It features King Nahapana and has a thunderbolt and arrow design on the rev. It is attributed as Mitchiner 2683.
