Maybe it is just me, but creating a monopoly is the last thing I think of, when I am hunting for a gem variety or working to get varieties published and recognized...

I pulled this one from a Whitman folder on Sunday. Had to remove some grime to fully see the 9. Looks like a high 9 to me, yes?
