mycrob Pillar of the Community United States 2602 Posts	Posted 09/15/2008 10:15 am I thought that because I didn't participate in the tie-break that I was ousted for good, like a sudden death wild card or something. But then I realized a few minutes later that I'm still in it. So I'm good to go. We actually got hit harder from Ike than Gustav! Outdoor shed blew over, a LOT of tree limbs down, one pine tree down, no phone service. But we do have electricity, thankfully. Lights flickered on and off several times and I thought for sure we would lose power. BTW, my phone service will not be restored until Sept 29th, so I will not have access over the weekends at home. If I'm in a later round that goes over the weekend, I'm asking to have until Monday to respond. Thanks for the contest. This must be one fo the longest contest threads EVER. She said they got it worse from Gustav, but they did have some places get flooded from Ike. BTW, being a huge fan of the Eisenhower dollar and in light of this terrible storm, I will no longer accept "Ike" as a term for my beloved coin. Therefore, the Frankenike is now the Frankehower, and the Kennedike should have been called the Kennehower from go! I'll adjust the rounds so that: Round 1 - will run until Friday. Round 2 - from Saturday until at least Tuesday. Will that be all right?
