I have never ran across this symbol. In the auction description it was titled Master Mason Counter Stamp...  Edit: I just did a Google search for Master Mason Image.

The G.B.C.B.C token shown above turns out to be an 1806 penny token of the Grand Black Chapter of the British Commonwealth
The carving on this George III penny is almost certainly contemporaneous with the perceived date of 1806. Had it been fashioned at a later time, the chances are that a 1797 penny would have been used to coincide with the foundation date of the Order.
