That changes the situation. As the Chinese polymer with the dragon is rather costly, it's an unlikely prize for a 10-round contest. I've not heard of any Korean polymers.. so I change it to:
* Papua New Guinea (however it's spelled in English)

OK jbuck guessed Israel!   Phase 10 - Part 2:Now that you all know it's the - Israel 20 New Sheqalim----
you are to guess the serial number exactly as it is read on the note.
This note has "ISRAEL 60 ANNIVERSARY" printed on the back in red
I'll tell you how many numbers are correctly placed within the serial numbers of your guess like so: ?/10
The "?" indicates how many number(s) you have correctly placed in the serial number out of the 10.
You will need to figure out which are the correct numbers.
There are No high numbers
No editing quesses.
If I see you made a mistake I will post it here. You are responsible to let me know it has been corrected - I can then review and post your results, otherwise it will get lost and forgotten.
If you post your first guess and the game is at the second round or after, there is No catching up - you missed out... period.
This phase will continue however long it takes, until someone guesses the serial number correctly.
All guesses must state which guess it is - #1- #2 - #3...and so on.
You may enter your 'next' guess after I post your results.IMPORTANT NOTE:
