Quote: Portugal 1,000 escudos - last issue before the Euro! - great add "NumisRob" The last of any series are very popular & they seem to trend higher than their predecessors. Was looking at one of the last pre-Euro Portuguese notes myself recently.

I believe that I read somewhere a long time ago that the Singapore 2 dollar note has an error in it. The flag on the mast is flying in the wrong direction. Can anyone confirm?
