Fields are very clean, but there is enough going on that to me it's a high end 64, 64+ with a sticker.
NGC probably gave it a 65 with the cc bump.

This is a nice-looking 65 imo, attractive example. I'd pay 65 money for this one before I paid 66 money for the other.
